Cancellation and transfer policy

- In the event of a session being cancelled without a valid reason and without being replaced by another person, there will be a corresponding charge.
- In the event of a non-attendance without notification, the full amount will be charged for the next session.
- In the event of late arrival, the end time will not change and the full amount will be paid.
- In the event of a session being moved less than one hour without a valid reason, there will be a charge.
- In the event of a session being cancelled 48-24 hours before the start of the session, 50% of the amount will be refunded or a Voucher will be given for the full amount valid until the end of the current year of issue.
- Session cancellation up to two days before the start of the session, a full refund will be given, with the client assuming all charges or a Voucher will be given for the full amount valid until the end of the current year of issue.
- In all the above cases, the prices and charges are different depending on the frequency of the service provided.
